Lime Cordial

In many classic drink recipes, you can read "lime cordial", but what exactly is it? Simply put, it's a syrup with a distinct taste of lime. We have chosen to make our cordial with a really nice lime juice that gives that tangy and fresh character you want in a good cocktail. If you are going to make drinks such as Gimlet, Margarita or Vodka Lime, this is a given companion. It is also possible to make an acidic and fresh non-alcoholic drink by mixing it with sparkling water.
